We are delighted to invite you to a special seminar for English teachers who are helping their students prepare for the Speaking Part of the Cambridge Exams.
This time the focus is on the main suit of the exams – B1, B2, C1 and C2.
The practical workshops will be looking at the activities to prepare the students as well as at the assessment of the speaking part. The sessions will be run by our experienced and inspiring speaker Charles Stewart from Cambridge University Press and Assessment and CUP will present their books and materials during the break.

Preparation for CEQs Speaking: B1 Preliminary and B2 First
In this interactive workshop, we will learn what candidates need to know to fully demonstrate their speaking skills with Cambridge English Qualifications, with a focus on B1 Preliminary for Schools and B2 First for Schools. We will look at how the exams are structured, establishing practical teaching ideas for each part of the Speaking Test. You will leave this workshop with a clear understanding of how to better prepare your learners for CEQs.

Assessment for CEQs Speaking: C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency
In this interactive workshop, we will learn what candidates need to know to fully demonstrate their speaking skills with Cambridge English Qualifications, with a focus on C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency. We will look at how the exams are structured, examining how the speaking paper is marked and assessed, with the opportunity to look at some examples of actual speaking exams and the corresponding examiners’ comments.
