Qualified teachers
Our teachers are qualified experts in language teaching. We only accept suitably qualified teachers with accredited diplomas and certificates. Teachers from abroad who teach English have Cambridge Certificates for Teachers of English or Certificates for Teachers of English issued by accredited Trinity College London. Czech teachers and teachers from abroad who teach other languages are university graduates who dealt with the language they teach at university. In this way, we guarantee a high standard of teaching, and supply to you the services of real professionals.

Extensive background
Much of our competition only offers you a 'modest small office' loosely labeled as a 'personal approach with a friendly atmosphere'. We offer our clients much better conditions for their studies. The classrooms in our headquarters and in the teacher- training centre are fitted with equipment necessary for modern language learning, including audio-visual aids. Our students can go to the self-access centre equipped with multimedia computers and a 24-hour access to the internet free of charge. There are multimedia educational programmes installed on the computers and a wide database of educational internet addresses. Our teachers use staff rooms with computers that have a 24 hour access to the internet, a unique library with 2.800 high-quality titles, 10.000 books and other necessary aids to provide you with the best in professional services.

Involvement in expert cooperation
AKCENT International House Prague is a member of the international network of the International House World Organization, one of the oldest and largest world nets of language schools with an excellent reputation for teaching the public and training teachers. We have been organizing our own international conferences since 2000, and this conference is often visited by contributors from both the Czech Republic and other countries. We are also one of the founding members of the Czech Republic Language Schools Association. We cooperate closely with experts in the CR and abroad which enables us to track and make use of new trends in language teaching and provide modern language instruction.
Good quality guarantee
We provide the first 10 lessons as a good, quality guarantee included in the contract. If you are not satisfied with your lessons, you can terminate the contract and we will return your money. We are convinced that you can judge more clearly the quality of our instructions within the first 10 lessons than within one promotional lesson.
