upper age limitations for teaching English?
I am 64 years old and a US citizen with a master degree in education and business experience. Will I be able to find work teaching English in Europe after taking the CELTA course, or would my age be a problem? I am very energetic and in good physical condition. thank you!

Dear Sir/Miss My name is Shaojun, studying in the Institute of Parasitology, Czech Academy of Sciences in Ceske Budejovice. I have got a post-doctoral position in Cambridge Unversity. To get a work permit and UK visa, I need to take an English examination. So could you let me know if you are listed onto the UK border agency register to deliver some English examinations, such PET, FCE. If you are, I would like to take the examination in your company. Please let me know that, and if not, could you also kindly tell me something about how to take that type of English examinations in Czech Republic. Many many thanks to you! Shaojun

ESOL Exams – also called Cambridge exams (KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE ) - are organized by the University of Cambridge Local Examination Syndicate. Pursuant to the Cambridge ESOL Examinations certificate AKCENT IH Prague is an open exam centre and has the right to examine both its own and all external applicants. The validity of these exams is unlimited and the applicants who want to sit for them can be of any age. Applications are considered as we received them so if you apply close to Sept. we cant guarantee that there will be places available.
