Is it possible to write CAE exam and not attend classes? whether yes, what are the fees to write the exam? And what are the dates ? Thanks you for your answer.

The next CAE exam is 11.6.2008 (registration is between 25.2.08 -13.3.08). This is also the first time our students can take the Cambridge exams in our school- the price is reduced for our students to 4.275,-CZK. If you don´t want to do the preparation course (it is possible) you have to enroll for the exams through British council.

If students want to join our courses during the semester they just pay for the part of the semester for which they are registered. Now the prices of courses preparing for FCE exams are around 4.700,-CZK (till the end of the semester-1.2.2007). Hi, I am interested in the 3 week course "Czech for Foreigners" that you run. Could you tell me about the content of the course please? I really want to focus on conversation, vocab and pronunciation with less focus on grammar. Would this course focus on these points or not? Thanks

Hello, all our courses focus on all parts of the language - grammar + vocabulary + conversation equaly as it is very important for studying new languages. Your level of Czech is also very important. In higher level courses the students already know some grammar and therefore may use it in freer conversation.

Hi, are there language schools in Prague (or in the rest of Czech Rep.) that employ as english teachers people who have a TEFL certification, but who are not native english speakers? If so, can you name some?

We can´t speak for other institutions but for our school you would need CELTA-also no native english speakers. You may contact other language schools and ask them what their requirements are. Have a nice day!
